Grow your wellness brand

Hi, I’m Elena.

I’m a wellness copywriter and content strategist with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing.

I’m one of those health nuts who keeps a daily log detailing sleep, diet, exercise, and relaxation quality.

Nothing brings me more joy than writing about wellness. Helping people feel better or discovering a life-changing service or product gives me purpose.

I have created content for weight loss apps, nutritionists, health insurance companies, pet nutrition brands, and the Italian School of Functional Medicine.

I write evidence-based copy.

Your credibility is key, so I include links to studies in my writing.

I link to publicly-accessible articles from databases and outlets like PubMed, NIH, BMJ, and ScienceDirect. People can click through and read a scientific article or study backing my claims.

While of course I don’t know everything about wellness, I love researching topics such as longevity, autoimmunity, stress, perimenopause, breath work, and much more.

Tired of seeing weak results from your content?

It’s time to team up with a wellness content writer and strategist who can develop a solid plan for growth.

A consistent, marketing-funnel-centred content strategy helps you:

  • Improve visibility and SEO
  • Attract visitors to your website
  • Engage your audience
  • Nourish relationships
  • Strengthen your brand identity
  • Build credibility

And, most importantly, generate leads.

Here’s how.

Story time.

One evening, Emma, a 45-year-old office manager and mother of two, flops onto the sofa clutching a hot water bottle to her belly. Eating plain food for a week hasn’t helped ease her discomfort, so it’s time to do some digging. She googles her gut symptoms.

After sifting through a few (alarming) medical articles, she finds a helpful piece of content on a nutrition clinic’s website that seems to be written just for her. It’s titled: “Having Gut Issues in Your 40s? It Could Be Perimenopause.”

Once she gets to the bottom of the page, Emma sees a link to another article on how to alleviate perimenopausal gut symptoms. She clicks through and reads it avidly. Impressed with the content, she saves the article link on her mobile. While she’s at it, she signs up for the clinic’s newsletter.

Within a few days of following the tips, Emma’s symptoms slowly decrease and she’s back to her energetic and cheerful self.

The following month, Emma experiences full-blown perimenopausal symptoms – the night sweats, the forgetfulness, the fatigue… Dun dun duuuun. She’s overwhelmed. She doesn’t have time to research each symptom and try different strategies. When a newsletter from the clinic promoting a sale on their 3-month plan lands in her inbox, Emma is ready to sign up.
